Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Review Tomato ("the Service"), operated by Review Tomato Inc. By installing the app on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms.
The service
Review Tomato collects, moderates, and displays product reviews on Shopify stores. We provide the software; you operate it as the merchant. You are responsible for the content of reviews displayed on your store, and for compliance with your local consumer-protection law.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly via Shopify Billing. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are pro-rated for downgrades within the first 7 days of a new billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to display fake or fraudulent reviews; (b) bulk-import reviews from a source you don't have rights to; (c) re-sell or sub-license the Service; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI features.
Uptime & support
We target 99.9% uptime for the core widget and admin app. Scheduled maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance via in-app banner. Support response targets: 1 business day for Free, 4 business hours for Growth, 1 business hour for Scale.
Termination
You may uninstall the app at any time. We retain your data for 30 days after uninstall to support reinstall; after that, all data is purged. We may suspend service for accounts in violation of these terms with 7 days written notice.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
