What if I exceed my tier?

We notify you at 80% so you can decide. We never auto-bill you onto a higher plan without confirmation. No overage charges.

Do you charge per review?

No. Reviews are unlimited on every plan. We bill on email/SMS volume + AI features, never on review count.

What if I'm coming from Judge.me / Loox / Yotpo?

The Migration import preserves ratings, photos, dates, and verified-buyer status. Walk-through in /migration.

Is there a free trial of Growth or Scale?
